Evaluation Process For Project G.E.M.

 

*Project G.E.M. evaluates the program success rate through a series of specific evaluation questionnaires

*Evaluations are available upon request for review.

*Evaluations helps us receive future funding to continue our outreach program services for at-risk facilities in the community.

 

 

 Evaluations are completed by:

*Community volunteers and college service learning students

*Faculty staff where services are provided

*Team leaders offering the classes

*Speakers and presenters

 

 

Evaluations include outcome measurements for:

*Overall program activities and youth attending the classes

*Midterm and year end reports

*Success stories

*Changes needed

*Improvements for the future
